Carson Kvapil impresses in his Xfinity debut at Martinsville, while maintaining aspirations for further achievements.

 Carson Kvapil recognized the significance of the opportunity awaiting him at Martinsville Speedway. He was determined to ensure that Saturday would be anything but an ordinary day. Taking the wheel for his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut, the 20-year-old from Mooresville, North Carolina, piloted the No. 88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet to a remarkable fourth-place finish. Kvapil's performance was impressive but not unexpected for those familiar with his career, which includes two consecutive championships in the CARS Late Model Stock Tour.
